SKM (Skills, Knowledge, Math) controller module is the base building block of Robocraft’s modular, Wi-Fi enabled, video streaming platforms.
It will be available in three configurations:
- Base controller module
- Base controller module + WLAN + video sensor
- Base controller module + WLAN + video sensor + chassis
If the user simply wants a controller module to build a robot around, the base controller provides that option. If they want an out-of-the-box, turnkey, robotic video-streaming platform, they can choose that arrangement. Additionally, users can choose the size of the chassis and the firmware system that best suits their needs.
Key Features/Specifications:
- A powerful digital signal processor (DSP) – Dual-core ADBF609
- Mega-pixel CMOS video sensor
- Wi-Fi module for video-streaming and command/control communication
- Sensors: accelerometer, gyro, magnetometer (optional), ultrasonic sensors and motor encoders.
- Choice of chassis: small, medium, large
- Integrated motor and servo controllers.
- Choice of open-source and/or commercial firmware
